Planned Update - (g)(10) IG Version Deprecations

In March, the ONC Certification (g)(10) Standardized API Test Kit will be updated to reflect current § 170.315(g)(10) certification requirements. Testers will no longer be able select the the following expired implementation guide (IG) versions:

On January 1, 2026, the FHIR® IG versions listed above expired as options for Health IT Modules being certified to the § 170.315(g)(10) criterion in the ONC Health IT Certification Program.

As a part of Inferno’s March 2026 update, the ONC Certification (g)(10) Standardized API Test Kit on inferno.healthit.gov will be updated to remove those expired IG versions as options for testers to select.

All existing test sessions using these deprecated IG versions as options will continue to be available consistent with the inferno.healthit.gov test session data removal policy.
